1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive faster deliveries, while remote locations may take slightly longer.
- We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
3. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@vithika.com
- Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
4. Undeliverable Packages
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling charges before issuing a refund.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Vithika is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- If you face such an issue, please contact the courier service directly. We will, however, assist you in tracking and coordinating with them to the best of our ability.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
- In case any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to offer the following options:
- Wait for the item to be restocked.
- Replace with an alternative product of equal value.
- Receive a refund for the unavailable item.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products or order values from time to time.
8. International Shipping & Duties
Currently, vithika ships only within India.
For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@vithikastore.com. Any import duties, customs, or taxes (if applicable) will need to be borne by the customer.
