Refund policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must generally be met:

 

  • You must notify us within seven days after delivery that you wish to return or exchange, along with reasons and supporting photos.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging, with tags and any accompanying materials intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be included.
  • Returns due to manufacturing defects, wrong item shipped, or damage during transit are usually accepted. Minor variations (e.g. slight weave irregularities, color variation) inherent in handloom products are generally not considered defects.
  • Sale or discounted items may be non-returnable / non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated.
